These terms apply when you use the Midnight Bloom website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have under consumer law.

1. About our store

Midnight Bloom sells clothing and related products through our online store. Products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners on our behalf.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours, scale and print placement may vary slightly due to screens, garment sizes and normal production tolerances. Any variation does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the selected products at the price shown. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an inability to fulfil the order, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and include taxes where stated. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping

Production, dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Midnight Bloom name, branding, artwork, graphics, website content and original designs are owned by or licensed to Midnight Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

9. Third-party services

Our store may rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, production, fulfilment, delivery and other functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not caused by our breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms removes those protections.
