Midnight Bloom pieces are produced to order, so your order goes through production before it is dispatched.

Processing and delivery

Production and delivery times can vary depending on the item, destination and fulfilment location. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Separate shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately and can arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are outside our control unless they are collected at checkout.

Delays, loss or damage in transit

Carrier delays and customs processing can sometimes affect delivery times. If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will help investigate the issue.

For UK consumer orders, we will comply with all applicable statutory delivery obligations. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
